All sales at KJ’s Caffè are final. Due to the nature of freshly prepared food and beverages, we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including food, drinks, gift cards, or promotional items. If there is an issue with order accuracy or quality, please notify our team promptly. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit as a courtesy. This does not guarantee future compensation.
